See What Our Clients Are Saying About Their Experiences With Us…
My husband and I hired Rebecca Fuller mid "fight" with a very chaotic and messy case. It is such a mess and so convoluted, we expected her to not take it. However, she took this case without hesitation and dove in head first without a second thought. She has been there to answer any and all questions we had both via email or call, and helped ease our minds when we would panic. She has been beyond responsive, and beyond what we expected. Even during COVID-19, she is there doing everything she can for us as her clients, and the children involved. She is absolutely amazing and am so thankful she took our case. We will admit she is more expensive than previous attorney's, but she is worth every single penny. I read previous reviews about being a dad and not hiring her - and maybe something has changed from the date of those posts to now, but my husband is a dad and her main client and she is simply wonderful! If you need an attorney, I personally highly recommend her!
Mrs. Fuller is by far one of the best attorneys I have worked with. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It's refreshing to see attorneys like her that not only care for their clients but also provide top notch representation. Kudos!
Mrs. Fuller is by far the best lawyer I have ever had the pleasure to meet; she is compassionate, kind, and well versed in her career field. I hired her after being denied Social Security Disability (SSD). She was very knowledgeable about the appeals process and explained it in detail when I retained her, what she intended to do, how she intended to do it, as well as what was expected of me to ensure my appeal would be a success. One of the things that I appreciated most was the fact she told me it was a LONG process from the get go, knowing this helped me to manage my anxiety and continue with my life while waiting on Social Security to make a decision. Lo and behold Mrs. Fuller was correct, SSD took its sweet time, after 3 denial letters, several phone calls from Mrs. Fuller to Social Security, many doctor appointments on my part, it happed just as Mrs. Fuller explained it would, we received a letter stating if we wanted to appeal the case further we would have to make a court appearance. That’s when Mrs. Fuller really started to shine, from the moment we walked into the courtroom she was a bulldog and dominated the courtroom with both a polite and fierce demeanor. Within 12 minutes (that’s not an exaggeration) the court date was over and the judge ruled “fully favorable” for my case. I believe this outcome is directly due to the extra time and work Mrs. Fuller put into my case, and when the time comes for me to be reevaluated I will seek her guidance once again.
A very seasoned and competent attorney, who can quickly sort the wheat from the chaff. She doesn't get bogged down in emotional minutia that won't push the case forward (as that helps no one). She understands the law and the judges in her community and can honestly and impartially determine whether your case has merit; if it does, she'll work with you to develop the best strategy to move the ball forward.
Attorney Rebecca Fuller and her staff has been a God send. She will fight tooth and nail and to the end with poise, empathy and knowledge. I didn’t get everything I wanted, but I am a black man and have been fighting a bitter BM for over 6 years, yet, she got the job done. We are very grateful!
it appears to me from reading the one star review below, that Ms. Fuller actually earned 5 stars for not wasting the poster's time and hard-earned money. While life consists of many moments that are profoundly unfair, not every injustice is actionable. Kudos to Ms. Fuller for recognizing quickly that the poster's situation was one of those unfortunate times. She should be applauded. We need more attorneys like Ms. Fuller and fewer attorneys who accept every case, and charge a hefty retainer.
I went there on Sept 2017 to establish a Trust in my name. I come from abroad, and I work in the software industry, so not at all comfortable with the topic in itself, nor with its specific glossary. The lawyer who helped me - Rebecca in person - was EXTREMELY effective, professional, patient and gentle. Not only she did her job as expected (i.e. I got my Trust). But she was able to get my understanding at the exact point I needed, and she was able to do so by adjusting to the glossary that I could possibly understand, and always being nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Rebecca has excellent judgement. She will tell you the truth regarding your situation, which might not be what you want to hear but will be what you need to hear. Lots of attorneys will tell clients what the client wants to hear so they can get a case and bill the client. Rebecca won't waste your time or money.
Smart & compassionate. An excellent attorney with good judgment and the ability to pick out the right facts to help win your case.
